-Credit Cards on file are highly requested to make transaction completions more timely.
-Payments received after 15 day from invoice transmission are late and subjected to a $15.00 late payment fee.
-Customers requiring payment via web link instead of having a card on file will have an additional $1.00 charge added to every bottle of water.
-Monthly Membership Fee includes 1x, 2x, 3x deliveries per month. Reminder messages are sent out the morning of delivery days. Weekly deliveries require an additional $2 per month.
-Guaranteed next day RUSH delivery is $9.99 fee.
-If deliveries are not possible on the designated delivery day and no response to reminder message is provided, then a failed delivery fee of
$7.99 will be assessed.
-If additional water is needed outside your normal delivery cycle, please text 408-723-7465 to request additional delivery at no extra cost.
-There is a 3-day delivery window for every delivery request starting the day after the request is made. This is to account for traffic, unexpected delays, and any travel disruptions.
-Processing Fee of $1.99 will be added to every transaction.
-Deliveries outside our normal delivery territory are subject to a $39.99 delivery fee. (Concord to San Francisco to Livermore to Gilroy)
-Dispenser rentals are not rent to own. Deposit payments are refundable within 1 year of accepting equipment only. The warranty is provided for 1 year only.
-Invoices are created at the beginning of each month for the previous month’s service.

-Additional bottle requests per delivery can be made at the time of delivery to Delivery Rep.
